At Rochford Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase for your home and upholstery projects. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Return

    Contact our customer service team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare Your Package

    Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all fabrics are rolled rather than folded to prevent permanent creasing.

  • 3.
    Ship the Items

    Affix your shipping label and the RMA paperwork to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
