Revolving Punch #155 - Osborne

This punch has been known for many years as the best revolving punch ever made. The frame is made of forged steel, highly polished. The cutting tubes are hand-turned from high carbon tool steel and threaded to allow easy replacement. Length of punch: 8 1/2”.
